Its been an emotional work - dad and I have done every step of everything together. I feel so bad for dad - he has visited mum every single day since she was admitted to hospital in December, and he has nothing to do now.
There was a good turnout at funeral and it all went well. I never let go of dads hand.
After the funeral tea, and some drinks, managed to persuade dad to come ten pin bowling and tea. There was me, dad, Suzie, N and R. It was a good way to end the day - we could actually laugh.
Will miss you mum but glad you are finally at peace.
