S, N and I flew to London on 24th for my 40th birthday.  The night we arrived, they had arranged to see a show - I didnt have a clue what we were seeing - but it was Dirty Dancing - it was ace - really really wanted to see that.
On the 25th, the day of my birthday, I was spoiled.  We went shopping, on a bus tour, messed around in Trafalgar Square, and had a champagne lunch.  They made me walk round London with a HUGE 40th birthday badge and necklace - which turned my neck blue!!  Thougth we might have got a few free drinks but no.  At night , we met R, and went out for a lovely meal, and more champagne.
I had an ace time, so thanks girls for celebrating it with me.  Will cherish the memory.
