Update

Its been a while since I have written so thought I had better update.

Had a long discussion with Onc yesterday.  They are VERY happy with me just now.  The cancer is basically stable, there is that one nodule in the left lung which has grown, but its still so small that they are not concerned.  I also got results from Echo (heart scan), and it is unchanged from last time, so again good news, no cardiac deterioration.
So - they still don't know why I am so exhausted and breathless.  The only thing they are going to do is pulmonary (lung) function tests, but this is more to cross the t's and dot the i's - they do not expect bad results.  They did a mini lung function test yesterday.  I had to go to the ward, they took my oxygen saturation's at rest - 100% - excellent.  I had to then walk down then up 3 floors of stairs, and altho I was VERY breathless when we got back to ward, and a bit dizzy, my oxygen saturation's were still 100% - I couldn't believe it - I have often wondered what my sats would be when I was breathless, but got my answer.

So - it seems like there is bugger all wrong with me really - lol.

The next thing to be looked at is my meds, but the oncs are going to leave that to my GP.  Anti depressants can cause exhaustion, and obviously I am on sleeping tabs too.  The cardiac drug can also cause tiredness.  The onc said that some neurologists have done studies (I wish I had asked who, so I could read, as would be interested).  These docs had taken patients off a lot of drugs, with miraculous results with people with extreme tiredness.  Obviously this has to be done under medical supervision.  I cannot do without my sleeping tabs, but I am more than happy to reduce my anti depressants and try coming off them altogether to see if this makes a difference.

I am going to try to push myself a little, by going out for short walks every day (weather permitting).  My mood is definitely still bright in general, and I am looking forward to Christmas.

My friend S just got a new job yesterday, so am really happy for her, we went out for tea with N last night to celebrate.

Also, my old friend P, came through major brain surgery last week, which was fantastic news, so hoping he makes a speedy recovery, and is back reading this soon.

So, all in all things are good.  I am thinking about having another 'I'm still here fundraiser' for my birthday in April, but not sure if I have the  energy, although I know Suzie would love it.

Think that's about it for now
Thanks for reading (if you are)
Love to all my friends and family
